Peer Support - Recovery Coaching - Community Connection

Welcome to Paraclete Recovery, LLC

Rooted in Experience, Guided with Heart

Hi, I’m Christina — and this work found me long before I ever gave it a name. I didn’t arrive here by accident. I came to this path through lived experience, through deep inner knowing, and through the realization that too many people were moving through systems that could stabilize them, but not truly see them. What I had lived — and what I witnessed in others — showed me there was a need for something more human, more connected, and more whole.

And that is where Paraclete Recovery was born.

Paraclete Recovery was created from the belief that healing is not simply about surviving, managing symptoms, or getting through another day. Real healing happens when people begin reconnecting with themselves — their voice, their strength, their purpose, their capacity to live fully again. It happens when support feels personal, grounded, and aligned with the reality of being human.

My work is rooted in both lived experience and professional training, but the heart of what I offer goes beyond credentials alone. The foundation of this work is presence, connection, honesty, and the ability to walk alongside people without judgment or expectation. I understand what it means to unravel, rebuild, and search for your way back to yourself. I also understand that healing rarely happens in a straight line — and that meaningful transformation requires support that honors the whole person, not just one part of them.

This is not a one-dimensional approach to recovery.

At Paraclete Recovery, I integrate recovery coaching, peer support, life-path guidance, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, grounding and somatic practices, energy-informed healing, Human Design, and sound and vibrational healing into a deeply personalized experience. These are not separate add-ons or disconnected techniques — they are woven into the work in ways that help people reconnect mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically, and spiritually.

Recovery here is also about relationship — with yourself, with others, and with the life you are creating. It is about rebuilding trust, strengthening connection, finding stability, and creating a life that feels meaningful rather than performative. This work is not about forcing people into rigid models or predefined paths. It is about creating space for clarity, resilience, self-trust, empowerment, and transformation to emerge naturally and sustainably.

At the heart of Paraclete Recovery is partnership.

I walk alongside you — not ahead of you or behind you — offering grounded support, encouragement, reflection, and care as you navigate your path. I believe recovery can become more than maintenance or survival. I believe it can become reconnection. Empowerment. Alignment. A return to yourself. And ultimately, a life that feels purposeful, steady, and truly your own.

  • At Paraclete Recovery, recovery coaching is more than guidance—it is a collaborative, empowering coaching experience that blends lived wisdom with professional training. Rooted in compassion and respect, this approach supports not only recovery from substance use, but the broader journey of personal growth, life alignment, and renewed purpose.

Through telehealth, our work together is centered on you. Sessions are designed to help you clarify goals, strengthen recovery skills, and explore what it means to live in alignment with your values and inner truth. This includes both recovery-focused support and life path coaching—supporting transitions, identity exploration, confidence-building, and forward momentum at every stage of your journey.

A deeply integrated approach is at the core of this work — one that reaches beyond traditional recovery support and into the spaces where lasting change is created. Alongside grounding, mindfulness, journaling, and reflective practices, this work incorporates nervous system regulation, somatic and embodiment work, sound bowl therapy, and energy-based healing to support restoration across mind, body, and energy. We may also explore your Human Design — offering insight into your patterns, decision-making, and energetic alignment — so that your recovery is not something you force, but something that begins to work with you.

This process extends beyond the individual, supporting relationship repair, deeper connection, and the creation of a life that feels steady, supported, and real. This is not a one-size-fits-all model. Recovery coaching at Paraclete Recovery is flexible, heart-centered, and adaptive—honoring your lived experience, cultural context, spiritual beliefs, and personal goals. With flexible telehealth options and availability that extends beyond traditional hours, support is there when life is happening — in the moments you need it, not just the moments that fit a schedule.

At its core, this work is about empowerment. It is about walking beside you as you move beyond survival and into clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Here, recovery coaching becomes partnership, coaching becomes activation, and recovery becomes a foundation for renewal, purpose, and a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and truly your own.

  • At Paraclete Recovery, peer support is not confined to a circle or a conversation — it’s a lived, shared experience.

This is a space where connection becomes active, where healing happens in relationship, and where growth is supported not just through words, but through presence, movement, and meaningful engagement in real life. Community here is intentional. It’s built through shared experiences — peer circles, workshops, group outings, and immersive gatherings that create space for connection, reflection, and forward movement. Whether sitting together in conversation, stepping outside into nature, or engaging in guided experiences, this work invites you to participate in your healing, not just talk about it.

Each offering is designed to support accountability, encouragement, and personal insight — while also creating opportunities to rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and experience connection in a way that feels real and supportive. There is no single way these spaces unfold. Some gatherings are grounding and reflective — offering space to slow down, process, and reconnect inward. Others are more active and engaging — inviting movement, shared experience, and moments of connection that happen naturally, without pressure.

Within these spaces, healing is supported in ways that don’t always need to be explained. It might be felt in a moment of stillness, in the resonance of sound, in the shift that happens when you feel safe enough to exhale, or in the quiet recognition that you’re no longer doing this alone. You are not expected to show up a certain way here.
You are not asked to have it all figured out. You are simply invited to come as you are — and to be met in that. Over time, something begins to change. Connection feels more natural. Trust begins to rebuild. And being part of something starts to feel steady instead of uncertain.

This is not about fitting into a group. It’s about experiencing what it means to be supported within one. Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in the presence of others, in shared experience, and in the moments where you begin to feel yourself again — not as you were, but as you’re becoming.

  • At Paraclete Recovery, we believe recovery becomes stronger when the barriers of daily life begin to lift. It is about practical, compassionate support that helps remove obstacles and expand opportunities—so you can build stability, confidence, and momentum in your recovery.

Through community connection and resource navigation, I walk beside you as we identify and access supports that strengthen your foundation. This may include connections to housing, employment, education, medical care, insurance, and social supports. Together, we make sense of complex systems, explore realistic options, and create a plan that feels empowering and achievable.

This work goes far beyond handing out referrals. It is a collaborative process rooted in encouragement and clarity—helping you understand what’s standing in your way, identify meaningful goals, and take intentional steps forward. As barriers are removed, space opens for possibility, growth, and renewed self-trust. At Paraclete Recovery, together we open doors by replacing obstacles with pathways of support. It’s about ensuring you are not just surviving in recovery, but building a life with access, stability, and opportunity—one that allows you to grow with purpose, resilience, and hope.
