Paraclete Recovery
Paraclete (PAIR-uh-kleet)
The word Paraclete means "one who walks beside"—an advocate, a guide, and a compassionate presence. It comes from the Greek word Paraklētos, meaning one who is called to stand alongside another by offering comfort, encouragement, support, and guidance.
I chose the name Paraclete Recovery because it embodies the kind of presence I hope to offer every person who walks through this door. Not someone who rescues, fixes, or defines another's path, but someone willing to walk beside them with compassion, honesty, and unwavering belief in their capacity to heal, grow, and discover their own way forward.
A Different Approach to Recovery, Healing, and Personal Growth
Paraclete Recovery brings together recovery, healing, personal growth, and self-discovery through an integrated practice of healing alchemy. This work honors the interconnected nature of our experiences and the transformative potential within them.
Rooted in both lived experience and professional credentials, I created Paraclete Recovery to offer a space where people can be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their own inner wisdom. Rather than following a predetermined path, this work honors the unfolding of your own experience, trusting that healing is as unique as the person living it.
Healing is not a destination. Recovery is not an identity. Growth is not a checklist.
Each is part of an ongoing process of remembering who we are, reconnecting with our inner wisdom, and creating what becomes possible when we engage fully with our lives.
The Ripple Effect
A Place for Healing for Loved Ones
Paraclete Recovery is not only for individuals navigating their own recovery. You don't have to be the one struggling with addiction to be deeply affected by it. Addiction and substance use often impact partners, spouses, parents, adult children, family members, and loved ones just as profoundly, leaving many searching for guidance, healthy boundaries, support, and a way to care for themselves while navigating someone else's addiction.
At Paraclete Recovery, your healing is just as important. Rather than focusing on changing another person's path, our work centers on supporting you—helping you reconnect with yourself, strengthen healthy boundaries, and find steadiness while navigating an incredibly difficult experience.
Motherhood & Healing
I recognize that caring for a baby or young child can make it difficult to access the support you need. For many mothers, finding uninterrupted time for themselves simply isn't the reality of everyday life.
At Paraclete Recovery, you don't have to arrange childcare in order to receive one-on-one telehealth support. Your baby or young child is welcome to simply be with you during our session. Whether they are nursing, playing nearby, resting, or needing your attention, our time together remains centered on you while honoring the realities of motherhood.
This openness is intentional. It reflects my belief that recovery, healing, and personal growth happen within the life you are already living—not separate from it.
Energy healing is an ancient art of working with what exists beyond the boundaries of the physical body. Across traditions, cultures, and sacred practices, healers have worked with life-force energy in different forms and frequencies—recognizing that there are dimensions of healing that cannot always be reached through the physical alone.
This is the lineage of healing that my work belongs to, while continuing to evolve through the teachings, initiations, and sacred practices that have shaped the way I heal.
I do not believe these different expressions of healing were ever meant to remain divided. Beneath their different languages and traditions is something deeply connected: the relationship between energy, body, spirit, consciousness, and the unseen. My work lives within that meeting place.
And this is where alchemy enters.
Alchemy asks something deeper of healing. Not simply what can be removed or released, but what can be transformed. What wisdom may exist within what we carry? What has been separated from us that is ready to return? What might change when something we have known only as pain is met differently?
My Sunday in-person sessions are an expression of this work—a sacred space for energy healing, spiritual connection, and transformation to meet as one.

Recovery doesn't end when substance use ends. For many people, that is where the deeper work begins. As life expands beyond addiction, questions about identity, purpose, relationships, self-trust, spirituality, and what comes next often begin to emerge. Whether you are building a new foundation in early recovery or continuing to grow years later, this offering recognizes that recovery, healing, personal growth, and self-discovery are not separate paths—they are deeply interconnected.
Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that continue to shape your life while creating meaningful and sustainable change. Rather than focusing solely on maintaining recovery, our work centers on helping you build a life that feels authentic, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.
Depending on your goals and what naturally unfolds throughout our time together, sessions may integrate recovery coaching, Human Design, somatic practices, nervous system awareness, energy work, and other holistic approaches. Every session is personalized to deepen self-understanding, strengthen resilience, bridge insight with embodied healing, and support lasting transformation—so recovery becomes not just something you maintain, but the foundation from which you truly thrive.

Recovery is more than leaving addiction behind—it is the ongoing process of remembering who you are and discovering what becomes possible when you begin living in alignment with your authentic self. While every gathering is created with the understanding that healing from addiction and substance use is a unique and lifelong process, the focus extends far beyond sobriety alone. Together, we explore what it means to cultivate purpose, reconnect with inner wisdom, strengthen the nervous system, deepen spiritual awareness, and create a life rooted in meaning rather than survival.
Each workshop, healing circle, and community gathering is intentionally designed to nurture the whole person. Some experiences offer education and practical tools. Others invite reflection, embodiment, sound healing, Reiki, Human Design, nature, creativity, or shared conversation. Rather than separating recovery, spirituality, personal growth, and holistic healing into different paths, these experiences honor the way they naturally weave together—creating space for insight, transformation, connection, and a deeper relationship with yourself and the life you are creating.
Because healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you have always been beneath addiction, fear, and survival.

At Paraclete Recovery, I believe healing is supported not only by the work we do within ourselves, but also by the relationships, resources, opportunities, and communities that surround us. When basic needs are unmet or important supports feel out of reach, it can be difficult to focus on the life you are working to create.
Community Connection and Resource Navigation is about helping you identify and access the people, resources, services, and opportunities that can strengthen your foundation and support your journey forward. This may include connections to housing, employment, education, healthcare, insurance, community programs, recovery supports, and other resources that align with your unique needs and circumstances.
Rather than simply handing you a list of referrals, I continue walking beside you as we explore possibilities, navigate options, and discover resources that support the life you are creating. Together, we identify what feels most supportive, clarify next steps, and create a plan that feels realistic, meaningful, and aligned with where you are in your journey.
