The Art of Energy Healing -
-
My healing work has been shaped by many teachings, traditions, and ways of working with sacred energy. Over time, these have become less like separate practices and more like different expressions of the same sacred work.
I channel and work with different frequencies of healing energy, including very high-frequency energies. Each carries its own quality and way of moving, and part of the healing is allowing those energies to meet the person as they are in that moment. Rather than beginning with a particular method, I allow the energy itself to lead—what comes forward, where it moves, how it changes, and what it brings into the healing space.
For me, this is the art of energy healing: becoming a bridge between the energy being received and the person receiving it. I am not simply directing energy toward a symptom or an area of the body. I am working in relationship with the whole person—the physical body, the energetic body, and the spiritual being within it.
No single tradition defines this work anymore. What I have learned has become woven into how I heal, allowing different energies and forms of healing to meet within one experience.

Alchemy brings another dimension to this work. It asks us to look beyond the idea that healing means getting rid of whatever feels painful, heavy, or uncomfortable and instead become curious about what it carries.
Grief may still carry love. Anger may hold power. Fear may contain wisdom. Even an old wound may hold a part of ourselves that became buried, protected, or forgotten. When we only seek to release what hurts, we may also miss what is still living within it.
Alchemy creates the possibility of transformation. What has been carried does not have to remain in the form in which we have known it. Its meaning can change. Its relationship to us can change. Something once experienced only as pain may become wisdom, strength, deeper understanding, or a reclaimed part of ourselves.
This is why I do not approach healing as a process of separating ourselves into what should stay and what should go. I believe there is a deeper movement toward wholeness—where what has been lost can be reclaimed, what has been divided can come back into relationship, and what we have carried can become part of who we are without continuing to hold us in the same way.
That is the alchemy: not erasing what has been, but allowing it to become something more.

Energy does not always communicate through words. Much of what guides me within a healing comes through a language that is felt, seen, sensed, or simply known.
I may experience energy through changes in sensation, movement, temperature, pressure, or frequency. At other times, information comes through light and color, images, symbols, sacred geometry, or an inner knowing that arrives without explanation. I may become aware of a spiritual presence or receive guidance that brings another layer of understanding to what is unfolding.
I have learned not to force these experiences into immediate meaning. A symbol does not always need to be interpreted, and an image does not always need to become a message. Some are meant to guide the healing itself. Others carry meaning that becomes clear later, and some are simply part of what is moving through the space.
This language allows me to listen beyond what can be spoken. It gives form to what might otherwise remain unseen and helps me recognize where the healing is leading, while leaving room for mystery and for what does not need to be understood in order to be received.

Sunday sessions are intentionally created to give this work the time and physical space to unfold as a complete healing experience. Sessions are held at Temple Medicine Healing in NE Portland, offering a dedicated space for the deeper, hands-on and energetic nature of this work.
We begin by opening sacred space and connecting with your intention for the session. From there, I guide you through shamanic breathwork, using the breath as a way to shift from the pace of everyday life and deepen your connection with your body, spirit, and the healing space you are entering.
The healing then moves to the table. This is where I bring together the different elements of my practice in response to what is unfolding. I may work on or around the body, incorporate touch, sound and vibration, crystals, or sacred tools, and share intuitive or spiritual guidance when it is meant to be received. There is no set sequence that every person moves through; the structure creates the container, while what happens within it remains individual to you.
When the table work is complete, we take time to ground and integrate before closing the sacred space. There is room to talk about your experience and for me to share anything that came through during the healing that feels important for you to carry forward.
You will also leave with a cleansing ritual bag to use at home. Rather than ending the experience the moment you walk out the door, the ritual gives you a way to consciously close the healing in your own space and honor what you have just moved through.
